Recently lost access to my docusign account. I tried to reset the password but I can't as I don't know the security question. (I know that was dumb of me.)
So I went on to look for support, going to docusigns support page. You can only raise a support ticket by logging in nice catch 22. They say there is a chat box but it's not appearing on (tested 3 different browsers...)
I've resorted to just emailing support, security & no reply @docusign.com as an attempt to get some help.
Why are so many companies dropping the ability to have non login support like a support email or phone number?
I could only imagine if you were running mission critical things and couldn't contact them you'd be hurting.
