#2As a dev turned lawyer turning dev again, I disagree with a lot of what this guy is saying. I think his view is rosy because he hasn't worked in law among practicing lawyers lol

I can get more specific, but yes, I believe based on what I read of the article, that he gives the discipline of law, and lawyers, too much credit.
I do think legal academia is superior to legal practice, so I think if one is exposed only to the former, the field does seem good and competent.
