#2I've tried many of these myself. The 50 minute one worked surprisingly well for me.
Also, the latest thing that's killing it for me is a standing desk coupled with a treadmill.
Really happy with how that's making me feel and work.

This, uh, is a unique solution. I like the concept but it seems too impractical to me. I might put it on my list to see if I can think of something that suits me more.
