With so much content being created to attract traffic for eyes on paid advertising - is there away we can use a tool/filter to help locate sites with a focus that is not monetisation?

I think there was a question about only returning non-Javascript-using websites recently, can't find it (maybe it was "plain text" or similar).
I'd worry that filtering out advertising will just surface those who hide their monetization better. Copious use of boolean filters, if the search engine even honors them (less and less nowadays)
The aim feeds still look and feel like the original site, but without ads, or duplicate content.
