I got a SteelSeries KINZU a month ago for 1250 INR . It developed a glitch and now SteelSeries wants me to ship back the mouse to DENMARK from INDIA for replacement which would cost me 1850 INR , 150% the cost of the product itself . So much for SteelSeries standing by their product .
