Here's what happened -- my bank account was overdrawn and my credit rating was ruined.

Salmon is delicious as well as healthy, but it's a pretty expensive food to make the mainstay of your diet. It might be ecologically sustainable (that's debatable, depending on the source), but probably not economically sustainable, unless you have a lavish food budget.

? I eat salmon all the time and have done so in the past when I was living on much less. Depends where one lives I guess
