Some of these are very surprising, to the point where I would want to review the data and methodology before trusting this list.

D1lakiss as 21st? 110110jp before 12121? Gizli before abc123? There are probably explanations, but it sounds a bit like bad data to me.

D1lakiss is on this list from 11 months ago[Jan,2022] and it probably ranked higher because of minimum password length and complexity requirements that are actually enforced.
