Many moons ago in college, our neighbors kept a chicken coop and had roughly 10 chickens. Chickens are opportunistic feeders, and will eat nearly anything. Many people, mostly students, in our neighborhood smoked a fair amount of pot, and everyone would save their stems and regularly feed them to the chickens. We would routinely harvest their eggs, and more than once did we have (non smokers) who also harvested the eggs complain that they'd get headaches or feel drowsy after eating said eggs. Fascinating.

#4THC will be metabolized / broken down in the process, and the cannabinoids showing up in the milk and fats in the meat will be much further down the chain.
