NYC Pay Transparency Law is officially in-effect

I believe this is a big step for salary transparency! How do you think this will affect employees and employers?

I don't think we'll know how it affects things until we can get a couple years of data. And that's assuming they have a good baseline of data to compare it to now. I'm guessing that it doesn't change too much.
