So what happens where there is a high electricity requirement and no wind?

People don't understand that electricity production has to be CONSTANT AND RELIABLE as it cannot be stored at our current technological level.

What good is 100% renewable energy generation 3 days in a month if the other 27 days will need to turn on and off constantly gas plants?
