I have had anxity and depression for quite a long time and just started to take meds which are helping me quite a lot. I want to do more things to help myself but I just cannot motivate myself.

#4i say keep going until it hurts too much. question is, how much more pain are you willing to take until you actually get frustrated and fed up with it, that you eventually start taking the right actions in dealing with things.
we respond in pain and pleasure, gains and losses, what do you respond to?
