#2Not convinced AWS is too complex at this point. They are huge and can support a lot of options. It lets clients onboard with one or more options familiar to them. Even if there is some overlap between some offerings.

#3Surely good design should make the complexity manageable.
I don't want a word processor that doesn't do anything notepad can't do. I want a word processor that makes it easier to so the things I want to do.
If there's one long menu, that's bad design, the solution isn't to throw out the features though.
