They could try bringing back 2 day shipping with Prime.

I'm not going to believe any excuses they have about poor service because every other online retailer gets me packages in 1 or 2 days without a subscription.

Amazon owns Prime members a public apology. (Canceled renewal of my Prime subscription, soon to be a former subscriber.)

In the UK they still have next-day delivery, sometimes even same-day depending on what you're buying and at what time of the day.

In the UK they still have next-day delivery, sometimes even same-day depending on what you're buying and at what time of the day.

In the US they started making noises about some customers getting same day or next day deliver but for many customers they just gave up

Frankly I don't care if my congressman gets next day shipping in Washington, DC.
