#4A very simple, activity/status based social network (think almost discord status) would be sweet. I personally don't think it's likely for any such network to get critical mass if there is any chance a credit card/payment is required. At $1/yr you should just make it free and either ask for donations (wikipedia style) or find another non-intrusive way to monetize.
