New York is roaring back from the worst of the pandemic.Why isn’t San Francisco?

There are so many sad, defeated looking people walking around SF. Lots of people still wearing masks, not going out, role playing like we are all still in 2020. This isn't the case in practically any other city in the U.S.

SF needs to adopt a positive attitude change in order to rebound like NYC did.
