His ego has gotten him in a big mess. I doubt that he will be forced to go thru with it but he's going to have to pay big. He can take the hit but his reputation will be mud for years to come. He'll be known as the guy that backed out of purchasing Twitter for life. But worse than that he'll be known as they guy you can't trust. All because he couldn't control his inflated ego.

The amount of envy people here have for Elon is crazy. The man is succeeding at making us a multi-planetary species, arguably the single most important achievement in the history of life itself, and your little damaged egos can't handle it. So sad.

I had heard that Musk has some seriously aggressive fanboys, and now I believe it.

It's not the mafia - he'll be the person known for building a trillion dollar car company out of pure speculation, and damn near delivering on that speculation.

It's not the mafia - he'll be the person known for building a trillion dollar car company out of pure speculation, and damn near delivering on that speculation.

He could have been known for that. But his never ending rants are slowly deflating his reputation. He built his reputation up and he's slowly destroying it. He's in his 50's so he has a long time to go. Only the future will tell.
