sure, part of it might be this.
but there are many issues in NL. for example they have different levels of citizenship. the immigrants from some of their former colonies are still treated badly. the gang shooting have been constant for decades. they still have a constant group of neo nazis parading the streets while blasting music in a rio carnival kind of style. the inequality is immense, and the integration of immigrants is poor.
