It is your responsibility to respond

I check and respond to email three times a day: at the start of the workday, after lunch, and just before I quit for the day. Otherwise, I'm doing work that requires focus and I damn well keep outlook and teams closed. If that's too long a wait, you have bigger problems than my response time.
