Silicon Valley’s Horrible Bosses

Are they the exception or the rule there?

I have never actually worked in industry -- I dropped out of a PhD, then worked at an NGO, lived in my parents for a bit, then flamed out of a crappy managed service provider -- I tend to be out of order.
