#2Serious question, is someone actually looking for this? Why would anybody want to find an employer that went out of their way to signal like this? If I was looking for a job, I would prefer the exact opposite, or generally I would prefer companies that focus on work stuff and not requirements unrelated to the job.

Same thing, any company putting diversity and inclusion first is a huge red flag to me and I usually stop my own hiring process.
As a capitalist I consider any strategies other than "Hire the best individuals as long as they are also good teammates" the only viable strategy. And I am wary of anyone doing something else.
"Let's hire more black people" does not seem like a viable strategy. And the message sent to the person actually hired is terrible. "Yeah we hired you because we needed to appear more inclusive".
If someone built the opposite product I would be interested, would help me not waste time with company I share no common ideals.
