Exactly. It is what makes pakistan relevant in the world compared to other countries in the area. And it is the only thing that nearly all, if not all politicians are united on.

#4(2008) This would just subsidize Pakistan to build more unless a non-proliferation agreement was also reached and neither would happen unless Kashmir was settled as India or China would steamroll Pakistan to resolve claims.
