#2The title is misleading. He was under house arrest with an ankle monitor for the majority of his “prison” sentence.

#3Drug laws are severe in Russia. I’d double check my inventory before flying if I had a slightest chance to make a finding like that. Considering this, “semi-forgotten” sounded funny. A local probably wouldn’t get off so easy.
