#3Don't understand the idea of wanting people to pay to be on twitter. If I mostly consume stuff on twitter and don't have a lot of followers why would I pay? if I don't have a commercial interest for my twitter account why would I pay?

#5I seriously doubt Bezos was exercising his rational economic interests when he bought the Washington Post.
For $250M, he got a decent deal. The WaPo was facing consecutive years of revenue decline, but it was still one of the most prestigious outlets. And other than the NYT, the most tech-savvy and future-ready of U.S. outlets
