#250/50? -Seriously, I don't think this is a true dichotomy. Both happen, because companies are not monoliths. one VC, obsessed with one set of KPI may foster sociopaths who can achieve. Another, who is on a different KPI path may preference workplace-safety outcomes, over direct deliverables.
