Ask HN: Tracking use of component library I'm creating

Hello, I am PM (with coding experience) for a project building a React framework of different components and hooks for the new job I am at. I want to measure how often components are being used by other developers to measure the success of them and try to prioritize which components to build next. Does anyone know of a technology that enables this?

A survey would be a good start looking for a more programatic way, I'm getting the feeling it doesn't exist
