It's wild that Jimmy Carter is watching this process twice in his life now. It's interesting to see old recommendations (reducing highway speeds) with new ones (WFH a few days a week).

It's also interesting to see the very short timespan of the change being recommended here (4 months to reduce consumption by 2.8 mb/d).
