This looks quite similar to nextdns.io, I am happy to see more offerings in the area of custom DoT/DoH.

Initial reaction: Not a fan of this UX, which seems to be more intent on me installing their app, and hiding information, rather than providing the configuration details up front, or making it easy to get to. The server/settings links only appear when hovering over the row in the table. I'd rather the information or links to it are presented up front.

I've signed up. I use nextdns at the moment and quite like it - it's very reasonably priced too.

I'm a bit frustrated that they haven't included any indication of pricing for adguard DNS.

At the bottom of the Adguard DNS page they have FAQs, and one of them:

Why is AdGuard DNS free?

You can use public AdGuard DNS servers for free, there's no catch. However, we incorporate AdGuard DNS in many of AdGuard and AdGuard VPN paid apps. We are also going to offer paid personal AdGuard DNS servers with advanced functionality and more customization options.
