I’m at the point where working in Spanish would be the logical next step for improving my language skills. However, it seems like most software development happens in English. Anyone know of companies where Spanish is the primary language in the workplace?

In most of these countries the salary is lower than in USA, so my guess the OP is asking for a company with a similar salary range.

But do they work in Spanish? I imagine a lot of them hire developers from other countries (ex: Eastern Europe) and would then end up using English.
