Glad they managed to upgrade their Onion Services v2 hostname to v3..

Now we just need to ensure the appropriate software gets into their hands. How easy is that to do for Russia and China?

Russia's Tor block is laughably half baked. ISPs accidentally unblock nodes constantly.
