#3I'd like it if there was a rundown of fees somewhere. Say I do this with $1000 and then buy some gift cards, how much am I likely to be left with?
Also, I'm not familiar with prepaid credit cards, or gift cards really, do you need an address and or ID to use them, or can you somehow buy and use them anonymously for nontrivial things?
