Teamcity will continue to use version 1.x of Log4j

I have gotten used to seeing these kind of dead-end items on JetBrains' YouTrack instance more and more, where it seems JB employees are more into debating with customers to justify their position than acknowledging that, sometimes, the customer is actually making a reasonable, and well-informed request.
