Which NFT generator are you using. In most of them the photo is not stored in the blockchain because it's too expensive. It only stores the URL of a webpage that host your photo.

I did everything on opensea.io [ethereum / polygon] for pre-MVP when we do it in waka [our product], we will do it right!
