Ask HN: Strategies to land a remote US job while not being US citizen?

I'm not a US citizen, not living in the US, but I want to work for a US company, obviously for money as they tend to pay more. How do I achieve this? I've seen on this thread: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=29613382 that setting up an LLC would help, citing "set up a local LLC so that US-based companies can treat you like an independent contracting business. That'll make it much easier to hire you across borders." But then I'm worried about taxes.
