Paid services include AWS Polly, Google Cloud TTS, Twilio Voice, and many others. Curious if anyone knows of any good open source projects out there worth a look.

#2The's a web speech standard so you can use tts in the browser without these services but Apple of course decided not to implement TTS for safari.
