We need to stop hustle culture and focus on a healthy way of working.

#3Hustle culture is a problem because of the romantization of the subject. A lot of people I know irl just want to work all day and not stop because they think that is the right thing.
This needs to stop, at least we are starting to stop and looking up at people like Elon[1]
[1] His work ethic is just to much for almost anybody.
