The future of [ultra] low-latency video streaming

Enjoyable but seems mainly promotional. Pitching a new upstart codec, sort of. Meanwhile WebRTC is kind of chalked up as complex & weird. Yet unlike the other video pipelines, the latency of WebRTC is never mentioned. Even though it seems to be quite good- better than the <500ms of most of the competition.
