Does this map not include cancer risks near military facilities? I have a hard time believing the cancer risk in San Diego, CA is so low when there are military air bases all over the county, which use known cancer-causing agents as fire retardants.

How often are those agents deployed, and when they are deployed, how far does the wind take them, if at all?

maybe because san diego has fresh marine layer washing over it from the ocean continuously ?
