Ok. This piece of information alone should have been in the first part of the article.
Two Year warranty I am assuming AppleCare+? If that is case, not fixing it seems unusual.

It may be that it’s 2 years in original country of purchase and not the us. A few countries require a multi year warranty by default.

It may be that it’s 2 years in original country of purchase and not the us. A few countries require a multi year warranty by default.
Is that case? As far as I am aware, Globally even in UK or EU where multi year warranty are required by law, Apple still only list one year warranty [1]. And you have to explicitly tell Apple that by law they need to repair it.

#9One of the biggest reasons I keep buying apple products and do not mind the cost, is that I always have great experience with Apple handling my issues. I had my AirPods Pro replaced twice for no cost (sure they shouldn't break on their own, but still), they fixed my laptop while on warranty for no cost. Once when I had to pay for fixing my keyboard (4 year old laptop without apple care), they charged me for the keyboard replacement and they returned me a laptop with new screen and new battery free of charge.
Also, I dont know if they have 24/7 support, but last week I had live chat with their support on Sunday evening.

They explicitly say this warranty is on top of statutory warranties.
