The closest I could find is jQuery Form Builder. Is there an alternative that is written in Vue, Angular or React?

GrapesJS maybe, the integration is not straight forward. Iirc, there looked to be a promising one in Vue

Currently would like to avoid generating code/template. Looking for something to generate config in json format.
