I've tried different networks, resolvers and .club Domains. Therefore the Top level domain seems to be unavailable.

looks like the DNS servers, nsX.dns.nic.club, are missing:

bit of digging:

6 DNS servers for nic.club (nsX.dns.nic.club) and none are responding.

all IPs are in the routing table of my routers, so its not a Facebook style issue...

IPs are:

156.154.144.215 156.154.145.215 156.154.159.215 156.154.156.215 156.154.157.215 156.154.158.215

all seem to be owned by NeuStar Inc (https://bgp.he.net/AS397220#_prefixes)

Weirdly, MTR to the IP hits the server, but DNS is not respodning on it...

The issue seems to be resolved now.
