Here, we're referring specifically to annual revenue of event-based service industries. (Catering, Venues, Photography, Decor, etc.) The global market size for special events industry have been estimated to be around $500 Billion. Our initial focus is in US, which is THE top consumer for event services.

#9Interesting to see more people looking at this business. I didn't quite get it when Bloomberg Ventures set up "Link"[0] to go after a niche segment of this overall pie, but I guess there is a lot of money being thrown around and room for new players to step in.
