As a native Russian speaker I knew “epolevne” is not a Russian word but “kultisti” can be interpreted as “members of the cult”

Hehe, same, as if it had something to do with pouring or drinking (e.g. polewka in PL)

This is a lovely game. I LOVE that (at least for me) it feels very discoverable.

For me it's that discovery is strongly reminiscent of "Chip's Challenge" which our family loved. It was one part scroller game (like Mario?) and one part puzzle game - https://archive.org/details/chips_challenge_windows_3.x
