Scepticism of the Microsoft Study Saying Remote Work Siloed Employees

I am not skeptical at all. I literally have not talked to a single person outside my twenty-person department of a company of over a thousand in a year and a half since working from home started.

I haven’t had a reason to, and there is no just bumping into somebody and striking up a conversation like there is in the office. I would’ve had to have gone out of my way to talk to someone I have no reason to talk to.
