Wait wait wait.

How is this kind of video produced? Is the voice recorded/edited first, and then you film an actress that lips sync with it, or is it the other way around? Or has the actress an amazing breath capacity?

The first one: the actors lip synch to pre-recorded audio.

They (thejuicemedia) do an annual 'behind the scenes' video with out-takes and stuff. See the beginning of the latest one:
