#2Game Theory 101: all along people WFH wanted more money and stipend claiming that the company was saving money, disregarding that they were saving time (commuting) and money (commuting expenses, professional clothing, out-of-home food).
And now, companies are calling their bluff, and the law of Supply & Demand is truly at work in a free(er) market.
Let the bidding begin.
