#2I have always wondered how public sourcing like this prevents bad actors from spamming garbage and polluting the system? This issue is main reason my billion dollar idea hasn't happened yet.

As explained on the site the data comes from OpenStreetMap. Feel free to add cameras from your neighborhood.
