I've tried researching this everywhere but haven't had much luck. I want to be able to subscribe to streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, atc.) via API and unscribe as well. Is this possible? Is it possible to do this indirectly via Apple AppStore subscription management? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

In practice the vendors won’t allow it - why would they make it easier for you to leave? In fact many make it very difficult currently.
Maybe they’d agree to an automated signup (only) via API but maybe they think their current on boarding flows work fine without going down that route
