That's awesome! I'm not surprised at all that the Nordic region is so over represented as open source contributors per capita, but I am surprised at how few other nations are represented at that level

A nice visualization, but can I using the per capita numbers (page 14 of the paper)? The absolute numbers essentially colour codes the map according to population.

There is strong correlation of top countries in the list with the list of happiest countries in the world.

Top 10 happiest countries:
