This seems to be a Heinz Canada marketing stunt and I don't think they sell hot dogs here. Hot dogs typically come in packs of 10 here, although you can get bigger family packs.

#7i noticed that whole foods sells in multiples of 6 which kind of locks me into their hot dog brand, given than their brioche buns are pretty awesome. everyone else seems to sell in 8's.

#9Both hot dogs and buns can keep for a long time at -20 C; perhaps if you collect 1000 ketchup bottle caps, Heinz would redeem them for a small chest freezer?
