#2What caused that explosion? Lots of ordinary materials, like grain or milk powder, can explode in a spectacular fashion, but water???

#3Most likely methane dissolved in well water. Came out of solution in the tank. Wells that produce water with dissolved methane need scrubbers and forced air ventilation on the tanks.
